Use this checklist to make sure your bra fits you properly.
1. The back is properly adjusted; the three hooks are designed for this purpose.
2. The sides shouldn’t fold or feel too tight.
3. The bra should not move when you move around.
4. The bra should not cut into the breasts.
5. The straps should be properly adjusted; not too tight (the back strap creeps up and the breasts dip down), and not too loose (the bra is not supportive enough).
And if despite all of the correct strap adjustments, you have the feeling the back is still a little too high, choose a smaller band size and a larger cup, i.e., choose 34C instead of 36B.

Memorial Day Weekend marks the unofficial beginning of summer. And summer means lighter, carefree clothing, often in lighter colors. Sundresses, tees, camis, bare-shouldered tanks and halter tops can make finding the perfect bra during the summer tough. Lighter clothing may be ideal for the heat of summer, but it can leave you too exposed under fine and delicate materials. Convertible bra

I have an embarrassing problem. Summer’s here, it’s hot outside, and I’m wearing thinner clothes. Whenever I go indoors into air conditioning, my nipples show through my clothing. Do you have any suggestions to alleviate or disguise this situation?
It’s normal for both men’s and women’s nipples to show in response to cold. But if it makes you uncomfortable, you may want to try these option to keep nipples from showing through clothing:
First, you may want to consider a T-shirt Bra. T-shirt bras are designed to appear invisible under even the thinnest fabrics. How do I prevent VPL or visible panty lines? I enjoy wearing white pants in the summer, but I feel like you can see my underwear.
VPL or visible panty lines are a major fashion faux pas, and can definitely be prevented.
 When wearing white pants, skin-colored, seamless thongs are your best bet. Never wear white underwear with white pants, they will show. I have a dress with a very low v-neckline. My regular bra shows. Do you have any suggestions for a bra that will work with this dress?
If your regular bra shows when wearing a low-cut neckline, you have several great options:
