or FREE. In most cases, orders placed by noon (2:00 PM Eastern time) will be shipped out same
day if merchandise is in stock, otherwise they will be processed the

business day.

INTERNATIONAL
SHIPPING:
Our system currently does not accept orders from countries other than
Canada. However, we are happy to accept your order via phone, email or fax. All additional taxes, fees, tariffs, import fees, and
surcharges levied by destination countries are the responsibility of the
customer. SyleneDC.com cannot determine in advance the amount, if any, that
will be charged. Please check with your country's customs to ascertain if
any additional charges will be applied to your order. SyleneDC.com does not
receive any money from customs and import fees.
If you refuse to pay customs charges on an incoming shipment, it will be
returned to SyleneDC.com at our expense. We will then deduct that charge, as
well as any additional customs charges, from the refund of the original
purchase price.
