We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are unhappy with your order, returns must be made within 14 days from the time you receive your package. Sale items are final sale, and not returnable.
If the garment is soiled, damaged, washed or if any of the tags have been removed, the garment will be sent back to the purchaser at the purchaser's expense.
Please include a copy of your invoice and reason for the return.
If you would like to make an exchange, note what items you would like instead and we will do our best to ship the new items to you as soon as possible.
By law, intimate apparel containing a crotch and swimwear cannot be returned once it has been tried on or worn, so all merchandise must have tags attached in order to receive a refund. Hosiery and personal massagers are not returnable.

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. In the event where one item from a multi-item order is returned from an order exceeding $99 and the unreturned item(s) result in a total under $98.99, the shipping cost that was waived will be deducted from the resulting refund. We recommend sending returns certified or insured, as we are not responsible for return merchandise lost in the mail.
Cancelling an Order
Due to the speed of our order processing system, once an order has been processed, we cannot make any changes or cancel your order. We apologize for this inconvenience. In the event that your online purchase does not meet your expectations, Sylene accepts returns of unused items by mail within 14 days from your receipt of the shipment. To return an item, see above.
